This old country station, which has kept almost all of its original features and its traveling soul, is located at the exit of a beautiful little village in the Entre-Deux-Mers, in a small valley. Isolated between the trees and a stream, on the edge of the famous Roger Lapébie cycle path (Bordeaux-Sauveterre de Guyenne, 57.5 km and on the route of the Canal des deux mers which goes from La Rochelle to Sète), it is the perfect place to meet in a unique and original atmosphere, but it is also the starting point for all your excursions in our charming region.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
The rental price includes the house, all charges and taxes (except tourist tax and cleaning fee). The tourist tax is to be paid on site during your stay. The entire stay is to be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the rental. A deposit check for an amount corresponding to 50% of the amount of the stay will be requested upon booking. Your deposit is refundable up to 20 days before the scheduled date of your stay. You will be asked for the full rental amount if you cancel less than 20 days before your stay. A security deposit of 500€ will be requested upon your arrival.
